Font Color not showing up

[Done Deal]

User A receives an e-mail and everything shows up in black and white.
User B sent the e-mail with certain words highlighted in red, but User A can
not see the color fonts. User A forwarded the message to me and I can see the
red font. Any suggestions on how to get User A to see color fonts?

User A could have "Read all standard mail in plain text" turned on
under Tools/Options/Email Options.
