Font Discrepancies between Entourage for Mac and Outlook 2002 for PC

Hello,

My friends and I just noticed that font type-faces and sizes can
change when an email message is composed in Entrouae for Mac and
viewed in Outlook 2002 for PC and vice-versa. We've noticed certain
fonts grow (or shrink) in size, and we've noticed quotation marks go
from curly to straight and vice versa. We've even noticed an
apostrophe get turned into a comma (that was with a message sent by
Entourage to an unknown receiving application).

Short of composing all messages in plain text, does any one know of a
way to fix this, or what setting might be responsible for this, or at
least what fonts are known to be problem fonts or safe fonts?

The latest version of Entourage, 10.1.4, fixes this.
