Font not size it says. It says 11; is really about 14-16

I've used word for years, w/o problem. Now, when I start a new page, the
default font says 11 regular, but the screen really shows about 14-16 bold.
Also, the page is extra big, and I have to scroll a lot - both horiz &
vertical to see entire page. What happened, and how can I fix it?

Try setting the zoom control on the toolbar. If it says 100%, set it to
something else and then back again.
