font reunion

I am having trouble with fonts not displaying by their font family in both
Entourage and Word (Mac 2004). I only have this problem in these programs
- no other. The fonts display individually in a LONG list, not as a family. I
use Extensis Suitcase. Any idea what is causing this? Thanks in advance.

yes, this is an OS related problem for os x.
