Font substitution info needed

Mona Savko

A week ago I received a HTML newsletter that has English for titles and the
Œparagraphs¹ are a combo of letters/numbers/symbols and unreadable. When I
do a cut/paste on any blank page (Email or word or InDesg) it turns up
perfectly readable. This just started happening about a week ago prior to
that, all my newsletters arrived in perfect reading format. I¹m guessing
that this is a font substitution problem but how do I correct it?
Thanks

Entourage can display complex HTML by using the Tasman Browser engine. If
the cache files are corrupted you will see problems. This is why you can
copy into another application they show correctly.

In addition to trashing the com.microsoft.browserfont.cache, you can also
try trashing the tasmanbrowser.cache, which will be found in your
~/Library/Caches.

Let me know if this clear up your problem.
