Fonts acting wierd

One of our Outlook 2003 clients is experiencing unexplained font changes. We
are using Exchange 2003 SP3 on server 2003 SP1.

This particular Outlook client is set to use Futura Lt BT font with the mail
format as html. It is not set to use Word to edit.

The issue is that when back spacing to correct text, or using (), the font
changes.

Any clues?
