footer character limit

Hello I'm trying to put a contract statement as well a copyright notice into
the footer of my project but no matter what i try i can't seem to do it.

The copyright is 94 without and 111 with spaces characters long
The statement is 284 without and 334 with spaces characters long.

does anyone have any help/tips/advice?

Format the page margins so you can pre-print the statement below?
You could also insert a text box in the gantt area with that data.
