For JonB - Spreading Data Across Months

Jon, I posted a request several days ago re assistance
with formula to spread costs over a period of months. You
asked for a sample of what I needed. I tried to send you
a note with the Excel file, but it did not go through, and
I can't figure out how to attach to this post (I suspect
that attachments are not allowed anyway). So not sure how
I can get the sample Excel file to you. Any ideas?
