For the past two days I was unable to post my message below (WordArt – Publisher 2003)
As I was getting the following message I thought this page was under maintenance work

Service Temporarily Unavailable
We apologize for this inconvenience. Please try again later

Buuuuut, other people’s messages keep coming in. Why? How? This made me go through all the help-pages and rule-pages – with no solution

Cutting a long story short, it was because of one particular setting of Norton 2003

If you have Norton 2003 installed in you PC and are unable to post your message, please go to Norton Internet Security -> Options -> Internet Security -> Web Contents -> Choose “Permit†for “Information about visited sitesâ€

Hope this helps many people out there who desperately need help but unable to post their questions

I've just discovered that a friend of mine with Norton 2002 had had the same problem with other message board
Whatever the version Norton Security you have, if you have a problem in posting messages, check the Norton settings anyway.
