Force Exchange update of folders?

Is there any way to force synchronization of folders from Entourage to/from
the Exchange server?

This doesn't appear to be connected to the schedule for sending and
receiving mail. I set that schedule to 1 minute intervals, and it is still
not clear to me how Entourage decides when to synchronize to the server.

I have several users who complain regularly that when they send an email,
for instance, and then quit Entourage, their Sent Items folder doesn't
contain that item if they later connect to their account using either
Outlook or Outlook Web Access.

Is there a command hidden somewhere I can build a script around?

Right-click on the folder and select 'synchronise now'

Right-click on the folder and select 'synchronise now'

Or Command + l (ell) with either the account name or a specific folder
selected.
