Force message body download

Is there any way to force the message body to be downloaded when you get the
headers in the news service? I can see why this might be undesirable with a
large group, but in my case I have a fairly small stream of messages and
would prefer to not have to wait for me to open each one for it to download
the body.

Create a rule like the one here:

My own rule says "all messages under 50K", as large attachments can be
viruses.
