My company is in the midst of some major maintenance of Exchange
accounts between sites and each time a mailbox moves, people will get
undeliverable messages if they are using an offline address book -
until they download a new version of the address book.
It is fairly easy to configure Outlook to download the address book
each time your synchronize, but is there any way to automate changing
this setting in Outlook for many people who many be using several
different versions of Outlook (98, 2000, XP, 2003)?
