Form behaves Differently For Acc2003 vs Acc2007 ?

I have a form with an OLE object in the detail section of a form. The form
is not visible in the detail section and I am able to activate the OLE object
and copy it by VBA Code in Acc 2000 and Acc 2003 with no issues.

When I try it in Acc 2007, the process doesn't work correctly. Once I made
the detail section visible in Acc 2007, it started to work correctly.

Can someone explain what is going on???
