Form Problem Will Not Go Away!

I am using Outlook 2003 and have a custom calendar form that was developed
when we were using Outlook 2002. I am constantly getting the message: "The
form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your
administrator." To fix this, I clear the forms cache as suggested on this
newsgroup. This seems to be happening more often these days -- every two
days or so -- is there a more permanent fix for this problem?
