Recently I started having problems printing from Word. I can print graphics in a document, but the text does not print. When trouble shooting, I noticed that I have a new icon which when I click on it, it starts up Format Gallery. Searches online only point to Microsoft Works and some of the articles I ready pretty much describe this function. However, when I attempt to remove it from my window, right clicking on a vacant spot on a tool bar and choosing customize, a choice called Menu Bar is select, but I cannot de-select it. I don't get an error, but my system beebs every time I try to de-select it
