Format of message when forwarding

Recently, when trying to forward an email that came in HTML format,
the forwarded message reverts back to where there is lots of "computer
code" rather than pictures, text, etc. That's best I can describe it.
Only thing I can figure is I recently downloaded the newest update of
Office, version 11.3.9. When I go to Preferences, Reply and
Forwarding, the box is checked to forward mail in same format it was
received, only this isn't happening. Any ideas?

Actually, this is always how Entourage has behaved. Instead of using
Forward, choose "Forward as Attachment" from the Message menu.
