Is there a Format Painter in Entourage? Or something similar?

I find it very useful in Word and would be happy to use it in Entourage.

Unfortunately not.

You can compose your email in Word, however.

.... and then send it via Entourage by choosing File/Send To --> Mail
Recipient (As HTML).
