Format Problem with Merged Data

Hi...

I'm trying to merge data from an Access db to a Word Document. The data is
formatted correctly in Access, but it loses all the formatting when merging
to word. It's not a typical format; it should be xx-xxxxxx (x's being
numbers). It's eliminating the dash, and I can't seem to figure out how to
code the format text so that the dash is included. I've gone to the gmayor
website, but this problem is just unique enough, I can't seem to figure it
out. Any suggestions?

Use the following formatting switch

\# "##'-'######"

There's an almost identical issue shown under US zip codes on my web page
http://www.gmayor.com/formatting_word_fields.htm The only difference is
that the dash is in a different position in the string :(
