hi
I have some vba code that goes to a bookmark and inserts a number as a
string
The number is typically inexcess of 1,000, and is derived in word vba by
multiplying x2 other number strings (hours and an hourly price). The numbers
a always whole numbers, no decimal part
Is there a way of getting word to insert commas for large numbers at the
thousand and million mark at all ?
Otherwise I'm going to have to pass the number into excel, format it there
and ten bring it back to word, which doesn't seem like a terribly clever
solution
Many Thanks
