Formating XL 02 sp2 with colors and dates

Hello
I'm trying to format a cells with dates and colors. I would like the color to change to green if it is either 2 days after or = to the reference cell. Black for the previous day or greater than 4 days prior from the reference cell. Example: Ref = 4/25 green cell. 4/24 black, 4/23 green, 4/22 green piror & furture to dates the cell color format remain the same. Can this be done? Thank you.

You can use Format|Conditional Format | change the
dropdown to "Formula is"

Condition 1
=B1-$A$1 = -1
"set pattern to black"

Condition 2
=B1-$A$1 < -1
"set pattern to green"

Where a1 is your reference cell.
