Formatting computer,can I save Office XP folder

I will be formatting an XP Pro with Office XP 2002 installed.I don't
have original Office disk. Is there a way to save all files needed to re
install Office XP.
I do have an Office Xp disk from another computer in the same company.
A week or so ago I activated another Office XP install using the Product
key.But I never reinstalled Office XP using disk.I don't know if each
disk is OEM for only that computer it came with.
The company bought many computers[same manufactor in 2002] which had a
seperate disk for each computer.
I'll be going there today at 12 noon.

There is no "oem" in product key. AS I have activated another Office
install I will try to re install with this disk.When it goes to activate
MS will tell me if it's OEM or not,activate or not.
I know with the OS disk I was able to re install the OS even though it
wasn't from same computer. That is because the manufacter help desk said
it could be done as there was a bundle of computers bought at same time.
Well it's a Saturday,I got time to do it. I will report back with

If Office XP is currently installed on the computer, then the
product key used to install the software is stored in the Windows
registry, and you should be able to retrieve the product key
using one of these utilities:

Magical Jellybean Finder
http://www.magicaljellybean.com/keyfinder.shtml

Then, assuming you have another CD of the exact same Office XP
edition (Standard, Professional, etc.), you can reinstall the
software using the other CD and the current product key.
