I'm not sure if the first posting of this message went through. I was
making a revision to the question, hit a key (don't know which one),
and the site disappeared. Here's the question again: In Word 2002,
when you have a filled-in form and you need to revise the format, you
can unprotect it, change the format, protect it again, and the
filled-in information is still there. This is not true in 2000. The
filled-in information disappears. What can I do? Also, is there a
list of features that differentiate 2002 from 2000? We are trying to
convince management that 2002 is much better than 2000. Thanks!!
