Forms not working

Help! I keep getting errors on each forms page -
[FrontPage Save Results Component] - each time I FTP the
file to the server. When I fill in the form and attempt
to send, I get an error here as well. This server houses
other FrontPage websites and the forms work fine, which
leads me to believe that there is a problem other than
the Extensions. I've selected the results be sent in
email and have tried to launch the site several times to
fix the problem. If anyone has any ideas on how to get
the error messages to go away and the form to accept the
data and send an email, that'd be FANTASTIC!

Are there any other ways to create forms that can be FTP'd to a web server?
I know of the CGI script formmail.pl, but I was wondering if there were
other ways.
