Forms results to DB + e-mails

I am using FP03 and am trying to write form results to a
database PLUS send e-mails. This way, for example, sales
leads can be sent immediately via e-mail to the sales
manager, and added in to a opt-in database for further
marketing and promotion. From the Form Properties /
Saving Results dialog boxes, I see the path to accomplish
this on an "either / or" approach, but need help to do
both. Any recommendations for a script (VB or Java) that
I can find / embed to make this happen? Thanx!
