forms, subforms, nested subform

I have a main form which has a subform, and within that subform has another
subform.
I have another form that allows the user to query items from the subform and
the nested subform so the main form will display the items the user selected.


The question I have is that when the form comes up and displays the
information, the user can't edit information on the main form. Is there
anyway to fix this?
