formula changes when row is inserted

I need to keep a formula in cell B5 on sheet 2 of my workbook. When
add a new row the formula changes to refer to cell B6. How do I sto
Excel from changing the cell reference to B6 when I add a new row?
already tried Indirect, but that did not work.

This is confusing. Do you have a formula *in* cell B5, or do you have a
formula *that refers to* cell B5?
