Hi all,
Essentially what I am after is a formula, which I am assuming will
have to include VLOOKUP at some point, that will allow me to classify
data into a five character classification system.

Above is my sample data, and below is the actual data definitions to
create the Classification code. An example of this code is CWL5S which
is derived from [reinforced concrete, shear wall, low-rise, pre-1970
and sound]. By using the data in the pertinent columns A-M I would
like to end up with that 5 character classification in column H.
I would be very grateful if you could offer any assistance regarding
this. If it will make it easier I can send a spreadsheet with the
sample data in it.
