Formula for rounding down numbers

Is there a formula for rounding down numbers to nearest
100 after they have been added together?
For example:
$861,771
+$35,357
=$897,128
rounded to $897,100.

Try this;

=ROUNDDOWN((A1+A2)/100,-0.5)*100

=ROUND(SUM(A1:A2),-2)
