What I am trying to do is set up a spreadsheet to assist in the ordering for the restaurant where I work. It is set up like such

What I am trying to do is get a formula where it will look up the day(days), find the sales and then add the next 3 or 4 days sales. It is designed to give me a total sales that I can expect to do for when I do the order.
Any help would be appreciated.
