Formula Help

I have what seems to me to be an impossible question, but
I am sure there has got to be a way to do what I am trying
to do:.

I have two worksheets in the same book. Sheet 2 is row
after row of data. Each column is a different piece of
data; each row is a new record. Sheet one is a formatted
sheet where I take each row of data, if necessary and
paste each cell from row one of sheet 2, into a different
area on Sheet one. I am trying to set up formulas so that
when row 1 of sheet two is populated, it will
automatically populate sheet 1 in the appropriate places.
I can do it for the first row (of sheet 2) by putting very
simple formulas in Sheet one. For example, I will put in
a formula that said that A1 on sheet 1 = A1 on Sheet 2,
and it will populate. The problem comes after I print
sheet 1 and need to move on to the next row on Sheet 2. I
was deleting row 1 (in Sheet 2) so that row 2 data would
populate row 1 and was hopeful that the formulas on sheet
1 would pick up the data – instead all I get is #REF!
Errors in all my formulas. Can anyone tell me what I am
doing wrong and what formulas I need to put in to allow
this data to populate each time I delete a row on sheet 2?

Thanks in advance to all who wish to help…

Vicki
