Formula MATCH error

Hi,
Can someone please change this code so that I dont get an ERROR whe
the 1 (one) in the MATCH bit is not found. For some reason my brain
not working today.

=INDEX(meal!$A5:$A9,MATCH(1,meal!B5:B9,0)

=IF(ISNA(MATCH(1,meal!B5:B9,0)),"",INDEX(meal!$A5:$A9,MATCH(1,meal!B5:B9,0)))
