Formula Problem

I cannot figure how to create a formula that will allow you to round u
when needed or down when needed. Need to be able to round both ways (u
or down) for the same cell. example: rounding in quarter units if th
amount is 15.67 need formula to round up to 15.75, but if units ar
15.57 needs to automaticaly round down to 15.50. i can get the formul
to round up or down but not to be able to do both depending on th
number. Please help!!!!:confused

One way:

=ROUND(A1*4,0)/4

MROUND(A1,.25) will work
or
=ROUND(A1*4,0)/4
