I use the fomula
=SUMPRODUCT((TODAY()-E2:E9<180)*1)/COUNTA(B2:B9)

There are times however when someone may exceed 180 days
but I would still have to add them to the SUMPRODUCT in
the above formula. If they are listed as a TEMP in column
L2:L9 and the date in N2:N9 is greater than todays date
then I would have to add them to the SUMPRODUCT. Can
anyone please assist me.
