forward email from corp. mailbox to hotmail

sorry if this is wrong area, i forget how to do the
following:
i want my exchange/outlook mail to automatically forward
my inbox mail to my hotmail account. i want a copy in
outlook and hotmail. i have done this before, but cannot
remember. Is is a rule i create or something else within
outlook??
