Forward Rules Turned Off

Has anyone ever heard of a Rule stop forwarding only when
certain people send you e-mail. i.e. I have a rule to
forward my e-mail to a colleague, but after
(e-mail address removed) sends me an e-mail, my mail stops
forwarding.

Disabling Forwarding to the Internet is the secure default for Exchange SP4,
Exchange 2000 and Exchange 2003. Contact your administrator whether this has
indeed been disabled.
