Forwarded HTML Message with attachments

Help!!!!
Outlook 2002: If you forward and HTML message that
contains multiple attachments, then CUT one of the
attachments, it appears to be removed from your message.
But the recipient actually receives the CUT attachment.
Deleting removes it fine, but CUT doesn't.

I can duplicate on multiple machines, including an "out-of-
the-box" machine with Office XP installed with all options.

Known issue. I believe it doesn't happen when you save the message after
you've cut the attachment before sending.
