Forwarding a message does not forward the content of the message the same way

I get HTML type messages with graphic, colored borders, pictures and
text all the time. For some reason when I go to forward these messages
to others, the message becomes only text. What setting within
Entourage prevents the original message from being forwarded in the
nicer format?

Entourage's HTML engine is alright when it comes to viewing messages; it's
not as powerful, however, when it comes to composing them. When you hit
Reply or Forward, you're telling Entourage to re-encode the original message
with its own, much weaker HTML creation engine, which explains why the
results, depending on the complexity of the HTML message, can be fairly
disappointing.
A way of preserving the original formatting in Entourage 2004 is to select
the message, then go to Message>Forward as Attachment. The selected email
will now be added to a new message as an attachment. In Entourage X, you'll
have to drag the message to the desktop and manually attach the resulting
..eml file to a new message.
Note, however, that some email clients and webmail interfaces cannot read
..eml files, so your recipients might not always be able to view your
messages.

Entourage's HTML composer is much more primitive than it's HTML renderer. So
when you forward a message with HTML that is more than just text styling, it
reverts to plain text.

One way around this is to "Forward as Attachment" from the Message menu.
This will forward the original message as a MIME part which the receiving
mail client will generally render in-line. You can then add any comments to
your message without affecting the formatting of the original. Don't worry
that it doesn't look the way you want while you are composing the message.
Try it with a message and send it to yourself to see what I mean.
