I am unable to forward attachments with my emails. This is a recent
development and I can't seem to find an improper setting to correct. Any
suggestions?
Testing in a new User will quickly tell you if the problem is system wide or
if it's your User's folder that contains the problem.
Go to System Preferences --> Create a New User in Accounts. Switch to the
New User by logging out/in or use Fast User Switching. Test Entourage
there. You'll need to enter one account, but be sure to set it to "leave
messages on server" under the Options tab for testing.
If it works in the new User with a blank Identity then follow these steps:
1) in your User's account, create a new Identity in Entourage and test. If
it works in the new Identity then this indicates it's database corruption.
Rebuild your database. How to rebuild:

2) if it does not work in the new Identity, then follow the steps here to
troubleshoot your User's folder.
