At work we use an Exchange server and most of our clients run Windows,
except a few that run OSX and Entourage 2004. One of our Windows users is
using an Outlook rule to forward his email to his personal account (due to
his remoteness from our offices I guess this works best for him). When some
using Entourage sends an email to a group of people that include this one
guy it will forward a duplicate email of that message to everyone who was a
recipient of the original message. Any suggestions?
