Forwarding email with source

Today I received a harassing email by someone claiming to be the IRS. If the
IRS wanted to get in contact with me they would call or mail me not spam me.
How can I forward the email to the authorities with full sources?

While you have the attachment open you need to select Message --> Source
in order to view its source, just like any other mail message.
