Forwarding emails

I just got set up with Entourage on my MAC and I tried to forward some
emails. The message that popped up was "relaying mail to hotmail.com
or miamidade.gov is not allowed." This message shows with other email
addresses, also. Please HELP me! What is the problem??

It looks like you have the incorrect setting in the 'sending mail server'
part of the account set up.

Click the button for 'advanced settings' under the SMTP server box in the
account settings and try the different options there.

If nothing works, it is possible that your ISP (or, more likely, your
corporate IT department, if sending from work) is blocking the smtp traffic
to outside servers.

Barry: Thanks for your help. However, I don't see anything that says
'advanced settings' or 'sending mail server' anywhere. When I click on
Preferences, I can get to a page that has settings for replying or
forwarding, but it just has options for how I want it to look to the
receiver. When I go to 'Account Settings' all it does is show me what
email accounts I have.

Can you tell me exctly what to click on to get where I need to be?
Also, I couldn't click on the link below that says "see here for more
info".

Open the account settings window, then double-click on the account giving
the problems - this gives access to all the settings for that account.
