Forwarding outlook to internet mail

How can I forward my inbox messages to an internet mail
account automatically when I'm out of the office?

What version of Outlook are you running and what mode (Corp/Workgroup,
Internet Mail Only, etc.) do you have it installed in? If you're not sure,
check Help | About.

Do you have an Exchange server?

You could create the Internet Mail address as a "Custom Recipient" in
Exchange 5.5 then configure your mailbox (in Exchange) to automatically
redirect mail to that custom recipient. Pretty easy; works well.
