Forwarding Pictures

Hi,

I have Outlook 2003.

I got an email with pictures in the email itself (not attachments). I
decided to forward it to my brother. But he got the email with the pictures
as "jpe" attachments. I decided to forward the email to myself and the same
thing happened. On the original email, if I RT click on the pictures it only
allows me to save them bmp files.

So why isn't the forwarded email arriving as it supposedly was sent out and
why the file format change??? How can I fix this??
