Four duplicats addresses come up sometimes

When I open Contacts, many times it shows the same phone number four times instead of the four different entries I have. E.g., usually four Business phones, when I have also entered home, fax, etc. ? It makes me go in and find each one to show it, and then when I close and reopen, often the same business number comes up 4 times again. This does not happen always

How can this be avoided, so that up to 4 different numbers will show each time?
