Four Rectangles/Centered Graphics

How can I create an 8 1/2 x 11 landscape page divided into four equal
parts with a jpg graphic centered near the top of each rectangle? Even
better, I would like to have two lines of text centered at the bottom
of each of the four rectangles. I've had great difficulty getting just
the top graphic precisely centered in each rectangle. Thanks.
