FP 2000 Javascript Debugging Problem

I have installed FP 2000 on an XP pro box and seem to
have lost the capability to debug Javascript. The
MSE.EXE application comes up without the debug menu
option. (VBscript editior, which I haven't used seems to
work fine). I had this previously installed on a Win2k
system and it worked like a charm. I de-installed it,
put it on my XP pro box, and no debug in the MSE. Any
suggestions or help will be appreciated.
