FP 98

Have prepared a FP98 webpage w/OS W2K. How to "fix" a horizontal line in a
cell that remains the same length irrespective of the screen res. the view
uses. I have used 1024x768 on my W2K system, yet when my client views the
same page on his XP with also 1024x768, this line is much shorter and
"fatter". Anyone's help is most appreciated as I am stuck by this problem and
deadline.
