FP User Quota Limitations

Using FP2003 to post to a remote server using Front Page Extensions.

When attempting to add/email whatever, a new user, I keep getting an error
message saying that I have exceeded user quota limitations. There are no
users at all except the Admin user. How, or even can I, change the quota
limitations?

Have you contacted your web host to see if you are allowed to use this feature?

Yes, but customer service told me that they don't support questions about FP.
I think he was in Pakistan or someplace. :>)

Then it is not supported!

You will either need to switch to a web host that does support it or look into using a server-side
script and database if that is supported by your web host in order to have that functionality.
