FP2003 BDI Wizard is Crap

When I try to create reports page from a database on the website I get the following error message: -

"The operation failed. If this continues, please contact your server administrator."

I have run the Database Interface Wizard to generate the databae, the input page & the report so why isn't it working?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
