FP2003: Dummy can't get out of a table?

I've tried to find this answer in my FrontPage 2002 book
(don't have a book for FP2003), and in this newsgroup,
and in my FrontPage HELP. Why is it so difficult to get
out of a table when you are done adding entries?
I'm still looking for the answer.
I inserted a table in Navigation View with only the website
Open and when I finished generating the table entries, I
couldn't get out of the table to continue putting text on
the web page. Does anyone have time to help?

Click in the table. Select "<table>" on the tag selector at the top of the
document window. Press the right arrow once. Start entering text.

Sort of....<big grin>. It got me out of the table (cursor outside
right border of the table about 1/2 down the table). I hit enter
4 times to get to the bottom and could then type text.
Coming from using FP2000 and am not used to seeing or using
tabs at the top of the page pane.
